*Contest – Terms & Conditions THE CASE FEEDBACK CONTEST (THE “CONTEST”) IS INTENDED TO BE CONDUCTED IN CANADA ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. ENTRANTS MUST BE OF THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR PROVINCE OF RESIDENCE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID IN WHOLE OR PART WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. NOT VALID IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC OR ONTARIO. ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES (THE “CONTEST RULES”).

ELIGIBILITY – To be eligible for this Contest, the entrant must be a legal resident of Canada; and be of the age of majority in their respective Province or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Aurum Group® (“Aurum”) (the “Sponsors“), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES – Participation in =the case feedback Contest constitutes entrants full and unconditional acceptance of the Official Contest Rules available at the Aurum website, which are full and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon the Entrant being compliant with all requirements set forth within the Official Contest Rules.

CONTEST PERIOD – Cases submission forms eligible for that month’s draw must be submitted between 12:00am on the first calendar day the month and 11:59pm on the last calendar day of that month.

HOW TO ENTER

• To enter the Contest, please complete each of the following requirements during the contest period to win *(the “Entry”, or the “Entries”):

1. 1. Complete and submit the digital case feedback form

• Sponsor will only accept Entries during the Contest Period for that month’s draw. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including, but not limited to, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsors will contact winners via email using the address provided on entry. Entrant hereby grants Sponsors permission to contact them through email. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.   Potential winners may be required to show proof of identity and of being the authorized account holder.

PRIZE DRAWING There is one credit of $500 to be given away each month during the Contest Period.

WINNER SELECTION. Winners shall be selected as follows: Each of the entrants to satisfy the condition of entry shall be eligible to win the one available $500 credit. The odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Before being declared a Winner, the selected Entrant shall be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered during a pre-arranged telephone call or by e-mail, to comply with the Contest Rules and sign and return the Release.
